The ViscoDos-2K dosing control is used to control two ViscoTec
dispensers with DC motors in a fixed mixing ratio.
The control is based on a microprocessor control with display.
All the process parameters can be set on the display:
- mixing ratio
- dispenser calibration
- dosing time
- dosing speed
All process-relevant parameters are monitored:
- product working life
- number of blank sjots
- time to next shot
- maximum number of blank shots
- tank level
- current pressure in each component
- all faults displayed in plain text
Monitoring of the feed systems is also integrated.
